    Feeling flabby? Having trouble lifting your textbooks?

    Come to the weight room at lunch on Mondays and Fridays (except day 7)to work out.

    You must be in sec. 3 or older.

    You must be dressed in proper workout attire.

    You must also know how to put your weights back when you are done with them.
